~General~
All orders are handled on a first come, first serve basis due to the nature of many of our items.All orders must be prepaid, including prepayment of shipping charges, and any applicable Illinois sales tax.If the item you want to order is out of stock, please allow 7 days for us to restock that item.We reserve the right to change our policies and terms at any time.Our guarantee to you will to always be courteous and helpful and work with you anyway we can.We only ask that you communicate any special circumstances to us in order for us to effectively help you.
The prices shown on this website represent the latest information available.Prices in effect at time of shipment will be applied.All prices shown are in US dollars and all payments made must be in US dollars.We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
~Sales Tax~
Illinois sales tax will be added to all orders originating from or shipped to an address within the state of Illinois.It is required by law that we collect sales tax.
~Payment Methods~

Please mail payment by checks, money order, and cashier’s check at the address listed above.Please allow 7-10 days for your check to clear prior to mailing your item(s).
~Returned Check Fee~
There will be a $40.00 fee for each time a check is refused/returned for any reason by your bank.If a check is returned by the bank for any reason, payment by money order or cashier’s check will be required in order to ship the items.
~Shipping Policy~
Orders are normally shipped out within 2-3 business days.Special orders, and custom orders may take additional time to ship.You will receive an email when your order has been shipped, and we will make every effort, even during heavy sales periods (holidays) to get your order filled and shipped within our normal shipping time of 2-3 business days.
Creative Crystal Designs ships to the US only. All items are carefully packaged ; however, if you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 3 business days, and we will send you a replacement or we will issue a credit. The default for shipping is always USPS Parcel Post, but we reserve the right to use other carriers based on location (UPS, FedEx). Please allow 7 business days for your item to arrive once processed. Personalized items will take 2-3 additional days to process prior to shipping. Items will always be shipped as promptly as possible. If you need your item(s) sooner than specified in these terms, please email us for a shipping quote prior to purchase. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO adresses. There will be an additional surcharge for items going to Alaska and Hawaii. We offer combined shipping for multiple items! We cannot be responsible for items not arriving on time for a wedding or shower date. Please order in advance.
In addition to the shipping fees, there will be a $3.75 fee to cover packaging materials, delivery confirmation, and insurance. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.All orders over $100 must be signed for.

~Handmade Jewelry Guarantee~
If your jewelry that we made breaks in the course of normal wear, we will repair or replace it free of charge.As with all jewelry, normal wear does not include swimming, bathing, housework, sports, strenuous activity, and other such things unsuitable for handmade jewelry.If your jewelry does get damaged in the course of “abnormal” wear, we will be glad to fix or replace it for a fair and reasonable fee.
~Returns & Refunds~
Your satisfaction is guaranteed!If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return your item(s) within 7 days for a full refund or web-store credit.Please note that special orders or custom orders may only be returned for web-store credit. Personalized orders cannot be returned. We are not responsible for items being returned that are lost or stolen. We only use quality products and we stand by our workmanship, and if you are satisfied, then we have succeeded.
Return item(s) in original condition postmarked within 7 days of receipt.Regular stock items will be refunded when returned according to these terms less shipping and handling and a 10% restock fee..Custom and special order items may be exchanged for web-store credit.Please insure your returns in case of loss or damage in shipping, as we cannot give refunds or exchanges for items that don’t arrive back to us in the condition they left in.Refunds cannot be made for items returned more than 7 days after you receive the item or if you do not contact us to get approval to return the item.In these cases, you may receive store credit good for any item currently available at Creativecrystaldesigns.com depending on the situation.Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in any case.
~Damaged in Shipping~
If your item(s) arrive damaged, save the boxes and packing materials, as well as the items.Then contact us immediately and we will help you straighten it out.You must save all packing materials in the event that carrier’s (U.S.P.S., UPS, …) inspector needs to see them for insurance purposes.This is a rule that all carriers and their insurance companies mandate.
~Special and Custom Order Items~
Special order and custom order items can take an additional two to four weeks to get shipped depending on whatthey are.If you are in a rush for a special order item, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you when you need it.All special order and made to order items must be prepaid and are non-refundable, although if for some reason you are not satisfied, you may return for web-store credit.
~Cancellation Policy~
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.Full refunds will be given for any orders cancelled by us.
You may place your order and pre-pay by major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Exoress), check, money order,
cashiers check, or Paypal. Please do not send cash by mail.
